To initiate a return:

- Share your order number and product issue (with pictures if possible)

💰 Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are usually issued via:

- Easypaisa / JazzCash
🔁 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges depend on product availability.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
