🔄 Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact

📦 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like personal care products including menstrual cups) may not be eligible for return once opened or used.


📝 Return Process
To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and product issue (with pictures if possible)
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are usually issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

🔁 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges depend on product availability.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
